Job Description

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market opportunities, and challenges
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, public relations, and traditional media
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns
• Track and analyze marketing expenses to ensure ROI
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand identity and messaging
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and social media content
• Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality content
• Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
