Job Description

• Collaborate with creatives — work with writers, designers, and video editors to bring campaigns to life
• Support moderation — review community comments, flag risks, and maintain tone across platforms
• Report on impact — track engagement, rankings, and ROI

Job Specifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in content marketing or digital strategy
• Knows their way around SEO tools and Google Analytics
• Understands platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Can manage clients, timelines, and expectations with confidence
• Experience with content moderation tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, etc.)
