Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to patients to generate interest in vaccination trials
  • Authenticate data collection forms and surveys
  • Ensure all CRMs are updated with accurate information and notes
  • Clearly communicate information to patients and doctors over the phone regarding the study
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices

Job Specifications

  • O/A Levels/Matriculation or above
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Availability to work five days a week
  • 9 hours per day (falling within the business window of 7 PM to 7 AM PKST)
