Job Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Lead AI Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and scale advanced AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You’ll work with a world-class AI team to build production-grade prompt pipelines, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and enterprise AI solutions used by thousands of businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Design advanced prompts for GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source LLMs.
• Build and optimize AI agent workflows.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Improve AI accuracy, consistency, and reasoning.
• Create prompt evaluation and testing frameworks.
• Work closely with machine learning engineers and product teams.
• Fine-tune AI workflows for enterprise applications.
• Develop structured output pipelines using JSON schemas.
• Research the latest advancements in prompt engineering and AI.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• Python programming.
• LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus).
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• AI evaluation and benchmarking.
• REST APIs.
• Git and GitHub.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI products used in production.
• Background in machine learning or NLP.
• Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with MCP, AI agents, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams.
