About the Role

We’re hiring a visionary Head of Content to lead the global content strategy for one of the fastest-growing AI software companies. This executive leadership position is responsible for driving organic growth, building an industry-leading content team, and creating content that reaches millions of professionals worldwide.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing high-traffic websites, scaling editorial operations, and leading SEO, content marketing, and AI-assisted publishing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s global content strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of writers, editors, SEO specialists, and content managers.
• Build scalable editorial workflows using AI-powered tools.
• Develop long-form articles, research reports, landing pages, and product content.
• Own the organic traffic growth strategy across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
• Analyze content performance using GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms.
• Maintain editorial quality, brand voice, and publishing standards.
• Identify emerging industry trends and content opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial leadership.
• Experience managing large content teams.
• Deep understanding of SEO, topical authority, and content strategy.
• Strong knowledge of AI writing tools and LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience with SaaS, technology, or enterprise software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven history of growing high-traffic websites.
