Job Description

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking experienced Class A CDL Owner Operators to join our flatbed freight network. If you value autonomy, high earning potential, and the support of a trusted name in flatbed logistics, this role gives you freedom to run your own operations with backing and access to premium loads.

Responsibilities

• Operate your own Class A rig (truck / tractor) for flatbed freight

• Select loads via load board or company dispatch

• Execute deliveries safely, on time, and in compliance with all regulations

• Ensure proper load securement, especially for flatbed shipments

• Maintain equipment, perform required inspections, and adhere to maintenance standards

• Communicate with dispatch, fleet managers, and customers as needed

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older

• Valid Class A CDL license

• Minimum 12 months of driving experience with Class A CDL

• Willingness to undergo securement training (if not already certified)

• Ability to maintain compliance with state & federal trucking regulations

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and business mindset
