Job Overview

A leading construction and infrastructure company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and residential projects from planning through completion.

The successful candidate will oversee project execution, manage multidisciplinary teams, control budgets, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and deliver projects on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning to final handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise engineering and site management teams.
• Prepare progress reports and executive presentations.
• Review contracts, drawings, and project documentation.
• Maintain quality assurance throughout all project phases.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial or residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar software.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Experience working in the GCC or UAE.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
